I like "Couth"

I used to have a thing for "couth"...Did ye olde "couth" usher in the modern concept of "cool"?

If one had couth they were often regarded as being relevant, logical, gifted of wit, civil and generally deserving of respect. Much like it's equally estranged partner "virtue", couth is another fleeting attribute seldom seen in today's flock.
